Programme Details
6 Week On-site Course
1.5 hour session per week for 6 weeks
Become more confident and learn personal safety.
Taught to focus your natural abilities, you will be amazed at what you are able to do after just one lesson, regardless of your levels of fitness or expertise.
This is a fun and empowering experience which makes your staff work together effectively and will give them skills to help keep them safe for life.
Half Day Workshop
3 hour workshops
Our 3 hour workshops in personal safety and defence training are designed to empower your staff with not just self defence skills but confidence, awareness, response and decision-making skills.
Choose from our City Combat, Travelling Abroad or Out At Night topics to learn awareness, tactics and reality protection.
Full Day Workshop
Our full day workshop is an intensive day of skill learning, theory and games to teach you and your staff the very best of personal safety, personal protection and mind & body training skills.
