The Personal Safety London team is headed up by Chief Instructors Kirsty Henderson and Andrej Cernega.
Kirsty & Andrej run an elite hand-picked specialist team of internationally ranked male and female instructors.
Safety Advisors, Specialist Self Defence Trainers and Instructors, Security Personnel & Trainers, Travel Consultants, Psychologists and Recovery experts.
Kirsty Henderson is Chief of Programmes & Instruction at Personal Safety London, a Specialist Defence Instructor, a Krav Maga Instructor (Israeli Military Defence), a UKMAA Senior Instructor, a KEWAP Instructor, a world ranked full-contact martial artist, a 3rd Dan Black Belt in FRT MMA Bushido, a Japan Qualified 2nd Dan Black Belt in Shidokan Karate Kickboxing, Chief Instructor at Five Rings Training and President of the Five Rings Training Fight Association.
Andrej Cernega is Chief of Defence Instruction at Personal Safety London, a Specialist Defence Instructor, a KEWAP Instructor, a Chief Instructor at Five Rings Training, a former Lithuanian full-contact martial arts champion, a 2nd Dan Black Belt in FRT MMA Bushido, and a Black Belt in Shidokan Karate Kickboxing,
